The Challenge

THE EQUIPMENT RENTAL INDUSTRY LACKED A UNIFIED,
SCALABLE DIGITAL PLATFORM TO CONNECT EQUIPMENT OWNERS WITH RENTERS.



Objective

Design and deliver a user-friendly MVP that made renting equipment as simple and accessible as possible.

Approach

Focused on UX-first development, clear pricing, and seamless booking to build trust in a traditionally offline industry.

Outcome

Launched a fully functional MVP, scaled platform adoption, and reached our first $1M in revenue before exiting the project.
