Overview
As the Strategy and Design Lead at SOVI Creative, I played a pivotal role in transforming the digital presence of global brands by delivering high-converting eCommerce experiences. Leveraging our expertise in Shopify Plus, we helped companies like Unilever, Estée Lauder, Heineken, L'Oréal, and Nestlé scale their online operations. Dove Personalisation DTC
Unilever Canada and UK engaged us to design a personalized direct-to-consumer experience, enabling customers to customize Dove bottles through an interactive and seamless online interface.
My Role
Led the end-to-end UX, product definition, and Shopify Plus implementation for Dove’s personalization pilot across Canada and the UK.
Business Goal
Launch a premium personalized DTC experience that allowed customers to design custom Dove bottles—driving brand affinity and new product testing.
Impact
Launched a fully customized personalization engine within Shopify, achieving high conversion rates and validating market interest for expansion.
